ALL BIKE AND WHEEL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS - PULSE IS HAPPY TO DISCUSS EXCHANGES IF CUSTOMER IS NOT HAPPY, BUT NO RETURNS
- IF SALE IS CANCELLED BEFORE SHIPPING THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. IF IT IS A SPECIAL ORDER THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. ALL SPECIAL ORDER DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
- Worn or used clothing and shoes are non refundable. All tags much still be on product in order to return
No returns on bikes. Store credit may be awarded in certain situations.
There are no refunds on special orders. All sales and deposits are final unless item is not available.
Pulse can issue a return label should you wish to make a return for online orders shipped within the United States and returned within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping fee is the same one you paid when the item was shipped to you. Example: Small parts are usually $10 to ship out, that means it will cost you $10 to ship back to us.
***All buyers will have to pay for all shipping to and from with returns and 5% restocking fee.The label fee will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of your exchange order

Products for return must be in original product packaging in new unused condition. Please do not use product packaging boxes as shipping cartons for return shipping.
