No returns after 14 days, all Clothing and Shoes are not returnable if they have been worn or if the tags have been removed.  ALL BIKE and wheel sales are FINAL, there are no returns on bikes or wheels.  Special Orders and deposits on special orders are not returnable or refundable.  All special orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be returned to the sales floor and no refund will be given.  No returns on equipment that show visible signs of use. Layaways are non-refundable, they are zero percent interest for 90 days after that  all money is forfeited and becomes the property of Pulse Endurance Sports, and no refunds will be given.  Pulse Endurance will email you a return label should you wish to make a return for online orders shipped within the United States and returned within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and Insurance costs to and from Pulse Endurance for all returns. 

 There are no returns on bikes.  If Pulse does except a bike return customer is responsible for professional packing and cost of shipping label and insurance to and from Pulse.  (Approximately $200-$300 each way).

If Pulse produces a label the label fee will be deducted from your refund or added to the cost of your exchange order. 

Due to a high incidence of fraudulent activities involving Garmin Watches, Sensors and Computers, all sales of Garmin are final. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Garmin purchases.

Products for return must be in original product packaging in new unused condition. Please do not use product packaging boxes as shipping cartons for return shipping.
